Sunday/Lunch – Turkey Burgers, Spanish Rice, Avocado, Tomatoes, Lettuce
Rating: 6.5, I ended up making these into meatballs instead of burgers, they were great for an easy re-heatable lunch option.
Monday – Asian Lettuce Wrap Chicken Chopped Salad
Rating: 7.5, both Zach and I really liked this.
Tuesday – * Spiced Pork Chops & Sweet Potato Mash, Green Beans
Rating: 7, this was good but I should have used thicker bone-in pork chops.
Wednesday – Coconut Chicken Thai Curry
Rating: 6.5, I liked this but Zach prefers some of the other curries I have made.
Thursday – *Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Rating: 8, Zach LOVED this roast beef.
Friday – Sesame Noodles w/Chicken & Broccoli
Rating: 8, this is getting a higher score partially because its so easy to make but also yummy!
Saturday – Grilled Chicken Chopped Salad
Rating: 8, the salad dressing is really good though I think I over dressed, should go a little lighter next time. It was really good and filling! Wish I had taken a photo….
